Ideal candidates must be able to work under pressure and handle night shifts, with hands-on experience in various construction trades.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience as a site supervisor at Construction Site.
• Able to work night shift.
• Hands-on experience in wet trade/ architectural/ steel work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day work of the site projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor the progress.

• Follow the work schedule sequence for construction operation.
• Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
• Able to understand construction drawings.
• Manage and supervises day-to-day work of the site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out.
• Hands-on works of wet trade/ architectural/ steel work or any other activity that supporting project.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
• Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Allocating work to workers, setting targets and communicating precise instructions.
• Respond to employee concerns promptly and work with Management to resolve.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
