Project Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Conduct site survey and prepare risk assessments, safe operation procedures, etc., and submit to customer for approval on the task.
2. Brief the team on the RA and SOP prior to the collection or maintenance; conduct toolbox meeting/roll call.
3. Lead the team throughout the project.
4. Perform inspections at various sites.
5. Plan manpower, stores, equipment, and other support required to execute projects.
6. Check and test store equipment to ensure correct quantity and good working order and condition.
7. Coordinate with customer for onsite requirements and conduct LMRA if necessary.
8. Execute and complete projects safely, on time, and meeting customer satisfaction; provide feedback when needed.
9. Check and ensure proper documentation of movement of stores.
10. Lead a team of workers.
11. Attend WWTP maintenance daily and update the record.
12. Conduct minor checking or maintenance if required.
13. Coordinate with external supplier or contractor to get quotes and arrange for replacements when necessary.

Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma in Mechanical with at least 2 years of relevant job experience.
2. Possesses a Class 3 driving license.
3. Independent and confident to carry out assignments in an efficient and effective manner.
4. Proficient in English will be advantageous.
5. Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
