Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supervising workers on daily site activities.

• To liaise and work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants.

• Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.

· Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project.

· To ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

· Coordinates meetings to discuss project requirements and scope of work.

· To update on-going work schedules and project progress.

· To ensure projects are completed on time and according to project plan/drawings.

· Inspects work performed by workers and contractors.

Requirements:

· Demonstrated skill in both oral and written communications.

· Able to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.

· Have in-depth knowledge of materials and building codes and regulations.

· Ability to work independently in a busy environment and handle several tasks concurrently.

· Strong team philosophy and analytical skills.

· Skill in supervising the work of others.

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferred.

· Computer literate.
