Key Responsibilities:

·Support day-to-day operations, from merchant onboarding to monitoring deal setups

·Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing to ensure seamless campaign launches

·Assist with contract preparation and handle various administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

·Prior experience in an operational support role, preferably in a structured company

·Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, with confidence in using basic formulas

·Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities

·Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

·Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience in Sales or the Food & Beverage industry

·Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for basic content creation

·Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to evolving processes

·Outspoken and confident in liaising with merchant partners and operations teams

·A team player with a continuous learning mindset and a strong sense of ownership
