REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Site Electrical Engineer (Power Distribution & Transmission) to provide on-site engineering, technical and project support in Singapore.

You will manage tenders, kick-off meetings, and coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with specifications and schedules. The role requires 5+ years’ hands-on transformer experience in an industrial setting, willingness to travel overseas 2–3 times per month, and

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in electrical engineering, specifically involving transformers.
• Strong knowledge of transformers within an industrial environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business approx. 2–3 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, technical & site support for all assigned projects.
• Prepare and submit customers’ tender, conduct kickoff meetings with clients, and communicate with vendors and customers during project execution.
• Liaise with vendors about quotations, specifications and preliminary drawings; maintain communication with manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Pursue projects with the sales and technical team to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and clients; provide technical and site support from concept to installation.
• Coordinate with clients and factory to meet factory acceptance test schedule.
• Perform site coordination, site acceptance tests, and commissioning work.
• Provide field inputs to engineering and factories for designing new products and improving existing ones.
• Organise training for clients and handover to Life Cycle department for warranty.
