Job summary

You will manage AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of projects. Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Liaise with consultants, supervisors, QS and the general workforce involved in the project
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documents
• Coordinate document submission to clients and appropriate agencies
• Create and modify AutoCAD (2D & 3D) drawings for submission and ensure compliance with specified criteria and standards
• Collaborate with project teams on drawings and documentation for distribution and filing
• Assist with engineering-related documentation and administration, as well as any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
• Provide daily work plans to site teams and coordinate on progress
• Participate in key site surveys and installation works as per project requirements
• Monitor project tool, equipment, and consumables requirements
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion of the project
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of local experience in the pool construction industry required
• Able to work independently in a construction working environment
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Initiative and self-motivated
• Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objectives
• Problem-solving attitude
• Prior experience with swimming pool projects is an advantage
