Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and follow up on communications between the Project Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Record meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up.
  • Draft correspondence including emails, letters, and memos on behalf of the Project Director.
  • Take notes and transcribe meetings or conversations.
  • Format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and project documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate project events, workshops, and site visits.
  • Screen and direct calls or inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing logistics.

Project Site, District Raigad, Maharashtra

Candidate Requirements
  • Graduates in Science, Commerce, or Information Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Secretary with an engineering consultant or contractor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced formatting skills.
