Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Project Director and team to coordinate project activities and stay on track with timelines.
• Create and manage detailed work schedules, tracking progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Handle monthly progress claims, including physical work completion updates, in coordination with QS and site team.
• Prepare progress reports, variation assessments, and time extension justifications.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to support smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by PEB.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in scheduling and planning for civil/infrastructure projects, especially LTA Projects.
• Skilled in using Primavera P6 software for planning and tracking.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
