Job description

3M Authorised Distributor with more than 30 years of experience in the industry dealing with Architectural & Interior : Wallcoverings and Laminates, Glass & Glazing, Flooring & Anti-Slip, Sun Control & Security Window Film, Water Purification for Commercial & Residential, Large Format Printing.

Responsibilities

  • Assign jobs and tasks to the appropriate Technical teams daily, considering their skillsets and attendance availability.
  • Plan efficient and cost-effective routes for the transportation of workers and goods deliveries.
  • Address issues related to route planning, such as unexpected delays, manpower changes or customer’s request.
  • Monitor schedule progress and make adjustments to the schedule as and when required to ensure timely completion.
  • Optimize available resources to achieve maximum Productivity Output.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of schedules and productivity data.
  • Responsible for the Productivity Report.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in construction or logistics industries an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
