Job Title: Project Senior Sales Engineer / BD / Sales Manager x 2

Company Overview: EPCM Company specializing in Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction, and Management. Focus areas include power plants, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and wastewater & water treatment.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience in project sales with a proven track record (generating 5-10 million sales annually), preferably in Maintenance Projects for Pharmaceutical & Wastewater Treatment industries
- Experience in project sales within pharmaceutical and/or wastewater treatment industries, with existing client leads preferred
- Hunter sales role: responsible for generating new leads and securing new projects and clients (Farmer role is not suitable)
- Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and testing
Job Responsibilities:
- Main focus on acquiring new customers, clients, and projects, preferably in maintenance projects related to pharmaceuticals and wastewater industries
- Follow up with site visits and client inquiries, collaborate with project engineers and managers for quotations and tenders, and secure purchase orders
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams, liaise with clients on detailed engineering requirements
- Prepare quotations, budget plans, and submissions for approval
- Develop method statements, lifting plans, and work schedules, ensuring safety and risk assessments
- Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO), raise Material Requisitions (MR), and manage procurement
- Oversee equipment and structure installation, piping erection, and pipe support installation according to schedule and specifications
- Address technical queries, investigate work-related issues, and prepare field sketches when necessary
- Review project specifications, ISO drawings, and P&ID drawings for accuracy
- Verify installation against drawings, conduct final P&ID checks, and prepare 'As Built' drawings
- Manage mechanical clearance, hydro and pneumatic testing, and fulfill commissioning requirements
- Conduct line checks post-testing, resolve punch list items, and ensure client handover is satisfactory
- Implement corrective actions for quality, safety, and health issues at the site
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and closing deals
