A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and preferably 2 years of experience in a related field, with strong communication skills and a desire to sell. This role involves preparing sales documentation and ensuring timely delivery of projects, collaborating with various teams.

Job Responsibilities

• To clinch sales projects and meet sales quota
• To respond and follow up on sales enquiries
• To actively look out for new sales opportunities
• To participate in tenders and prepare proposals, tender document and quotations
• To ensure information is properly handed over to Design and Operations Team
• To consistently monitor project progress and coordinate with all departments involved to ensure timely project delivery
• To verify accuracy of invoices (internal/external) and follow up with clients on payments whenever necessary.
• To prepare sales documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite)
