A leading company in furniture fittings seeks a Project Sales Executive to enhance brand awareness and secure sales in designated projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, preferably in project sales, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical support to ensure sales success. A solid network within the project community in Singapore is advantageous.
Objective
The Project Sales Executive’s objective is to present and promote Hafele’s range of assigned products (furniture fittings in this case) in projects within assigned territories. The role involves creating brand awareness among Designers, Consultants, Sub-contractors, and related parties, obtaining product approvals in projects, and ultimately securing sales.
Tasks
~ Align with Designers, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Developers to promote Hafele brands and assigned products in designated territories or projects. Achieve set targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
~ Cultivate, develop, and manage assigned projects or projects within territories. Constructively hand over all relevant information and demands regarding non-assigned products, projects, or customers to other sales representatives or channels.
~ Build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Understand project designs, flow charts, and technical and commercial needs deeply. Influence and secure approval for our products accordingly.
~ Study competitors for each specific project. Prepare competitive quotes for customized solutions following supervisor or company guidance.
~ Provide technical and commercial support as needed. Secure sales opportunities, negotiate, and close contracts.
~ Coordinate with related departments (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) on technical and commercial issues related to projects and track project deliverables.
~ Regularly monitor, follow up, and report on project discipline and progress to all stakeholders.
~ Represent Hafele in customer interactions related to sales. Maintain professionalism in Hafele uniform, adhere to Hafele values and policies, support teamwork, and uphold the company's reputation. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, with project sales experience being a plus.
Experience in selling or business development in the mentioned products or relevant fields is advantageous.
Specific Knowledge
Having a strong network with decision-makers among project developers, designers, architects, and contractors in Singapore is a plus.
Requirements

- Understanding of complex B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suites.
- Knowledge of project business and its complexities is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of project management, construction, and the real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
