Responsibilities:
- Plan and review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance of sales, orders, and collections.
- Monitor and implement actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet the sales targets set by management.
- Provide detailed and accurate specifications and schedules adhering to all relevant building codes, standards, and ASSA ABLOY product requirements as requested by clients.
- Prepare customer product quotations for tenders and be proficient in the tender interview process.
- Collaborate with the internal project management team to ensure bills of quantities are updated promptly and assist in project scheduling, installation of sample boards, and mock-up samples as needed.
- Assist the finance department in following up on payments from customers by ensuring all necessary documentation, especially regarding project progress claims, is submitted on schedule.
- Liaise closely between customers and our project management, logistics, and finance teams to maximize customer service levels.
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by the company.
- Coordinate with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximize customer service levels.

Requirements:
- Good networks with decision-makers in project development, design, architecture, contracting, subcontracting, door manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Preferably extensive experience in door hardware solutions within project sales.
- Good knowledge of floor plan drawing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project sales or related fields.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
