A leading wholesales company in building materials seeks a Project Sales Executive for its Tampines North location. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing project-related tasks, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong network within project development and sales experience, focusing on door hardware solutions.

Qualifications

  • Good networks with decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related.
  • Able to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors.
  • Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize varied tasks.
  • Project planning and management.
  • Liaise with logistic department on delivery for projects.
  • Ensure project progress aligns with installation schedules.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales.
  • Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors.
  • Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Project planning and management.
  • Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site.
  • Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project.
  • Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule.
  • Inspect, resolve and monitor rectification works.
  • Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account.

Requirements

  • Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, Door makers and door hardware distributors.
  • Excellent experience in door hardware’s solution in project sales sector is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related.
  • Skills in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus.
  • Graduate of any marketing course or equivalent.
  • Able to travel.
