Job Responsibility

• Responsible for achieving individual sales targets.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales.
• Build strong relationships with Architects, Developers, and Main Contractors.
• Create product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Project planning and management.
• Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring the progress of project works on site.
• Liaise with the logistics department on the delivery of purchased items for the project.
• Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule.
• Inspect, resolve, and monitor rectification works.
• Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account.

Requirements

• Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, door makers, and door hardware distributors.
• Excellent experience in door hardware solutions in the project sales sector is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project sales or related.
• Skills in MS Office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus.
• Graduate of any marketing course or equivalent.
• Able to travel.
