Role: Project Senior Sales Engineer / BD / Sales Manager x 2

- Salary Range: $6,000 - $8,500 + Variable Incentive (Sales Commission based on Project Value)

Company Overview: An EPCM company specializing in engineering design, procurement, construction, and management, focusing on sectors such as power plants, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and wastewater & water treatment.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience in project sales with a strong track record (able to generate $5-10 million sales per year), preferably maintenance projects in pharmaceutical & wastewater treatment industries
- Experience in project sales within pharmaceutical and/or wastewater treatment industries with existing client leads is highly preferred
- Hunter sales role: responsible for generating new leads and securing new projects and clients (farmer role not suitable)
- Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and testing
Job Responsibilities:
- Main focus on acquiring new customers, clients, and projects, preferably in maintenance projects for pharmaceutical and wastewater industries
- Follow up on site visits and client inquiries, coordinate with project engineers and managers for quotations and tenders, and ensure purchase orders are secured
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams and liaise with clients on detailed engineering requirements
- Prepare quotations, budgets, and submissions for approval
- Develop method statements, lifting plans, and work schedules, including safety risk assessments
- Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTO) and raise Material Requests (MR) for all required materials
- Oversee equipment and structure installation, piping erection, and pipe support installation according to schedule and specifications
- Handle technical queries and resolve work-related issues, including drawing field sketches as needed
- Review project specifications, ISO drawings, and P&ID diagrams
- Verify drawings and installation details for accuracy and correctness
- Conduct final P&ID checks and prepare "AS BUILT" drawings
- Manage mechanical clearance, hydro and pneumatic tests, and fulfill commissioning requirements
- Ensure proper line checking post hydro/pneumatic testing and resolve punch list items before project sign-off
- Address quality, safety, and health issues promptly on site
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
