Sales & Client Engagement

  • Present and promote design solutions to potential buyers and clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations on Mablle's services.
    Build strong client relationships and provide design recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and team KPI targets.

Design & Project Coordination

  • Provide interior design consultations aligned with project themes and buyer preferences.
  • Develop layout proposals, mood boards, and material selections with the help from the backend team.
  • Work closely with project manager, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for client approval.

Business Development

  • Keep updated on market trends, materials, and design innovations.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and enhance project value.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and project launches.

Requirements

  • Experienced in project template sales advantage.
  • Basic salary plus incentives.
  • Must be able to attend to pre-launch showflat events due to collaboration with various developers.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
