Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least ITE, Diploma or other related field

  • Required Skill(s): AutoCAD and Microsoft office applications

  • Prior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical Engineering

  • Willing to learn, positive work attitude, work in fast paced environment, able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent at building and maintaining strong relationship with customer and internal team.

  • Able to start work immediately/short notice

  • Working hour: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Overtime available if require working beyond normal working hour

  • Preferable Singaporean / Permanent residency

Job responsibilities:

  • Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales team

  • Attend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order delivery

  • Conduct sites visit where require

  • Support project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updating

  • Handle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicing

  • Assists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tender

  • Vendor sourcing and procurement

  • Stock monitoring and recording

  • Monitor shipment of order

  • ISO preparation & filing

  • Collaborate with internal team to facilitate smooth process

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
