Job Description

1. To drive revenue growth and generate new sales through industry-specific channels.

2. Foresee project developments and make changes to improvements and adjustments if the project is not on track with the original plan.

3. Maintain a cordial relationship with clients by clearly explaining job expectations and deadlines to avoid losses incurred due to miscommunication, and work in coordination with other teams to achieve set goals.

4. Multitask to ensure all projects under supervision are progressing smoothly towards completion, ensuring no project is neglected because of another.

5. Interact frequently with superiors to ensure the project is within budget limits. Take remedial action immediately to keep the project within cost boundaries if necessary.

6. Regularly follow up on site meetings, research market information, compile it into a report, and submit a weekly report to the project manager in charge.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electronic engineering. A postgraduate degree in construction management is an added advantage.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in projects.

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. Good understanding of MEP building systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

5. Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential.

6. Ability to plan and organize a team effort.

7. Good client management and goodwill building ability.

8. Capacity to motivate, lead, and boost the morale of teams.

9. Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.

10. Willingness to travel extensively across construction sites.

11. Strong focus on quality.
