Project Sales

We are a private limited company and are distributors and system integrators in India for various MNCs and OEMs, with interests in products related to lighting controls, audio & video, and home automation.

We look to provide home automation products, lighting controls, A/V systems, and other controllable/automation products to high-end hospitality, residential, and corporate clients.

Our clients include some of India's top business leaders, celebrities, five-star hotel chains, architects, interior designers, engineering consultants, and corporate offices.

Our Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in high-end lighting/switches/security devices/audio-visual industry/high-end furniture/bathroom fittings/high-end flooring/BMS, or selling items which are exclusive and niche, adding value to hotel projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Generation:
    • Promote and sell automation products, lighting controls, and audio-video systems to high-end clients in hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors.
    • Identify and target potential clients such as architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants.
  2. Client Interaction:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the company.
    • Present tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs for homes, offices, and hotels.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams such as project execution and quotation departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects.
  4. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field preferred. Relevant sales experience in home automation or related industries will also be considered.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong self-confidence, effective interaction with high-end clients, self-driven, team player, proactive in achieving sales targets.

Salary negotiable as per industry standard.
