A leading company in landscape design is seeking a Landscape Coordinator to join their team. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in landscape coordination.
• Knowledge in safety matters and submission of required documents.
• Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landscape site works with the main contractor.
• Prepare shop drawings and attend site meetings as required.
• Prepare ISO audits and as-built drawings upon completion.

Job description

1) Coordination of landscape site works with main contractor’s rep when necessary

2) Preparation of shop drawing and attend site meeting as and when required by main con.

3) Prepare as-built drawing upon planting completion (training will be provided)

4) Prepare ISO audit (training will be provided)

5) Knowledge in Safety related matters such as submission of RA, SMM and WSH to Main Con’s safety manager for approval prior to commencement of work at new site. (training will be provided if inexperienced)

6) Attend safety meeting upon instructed by Main Con

7) Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office

8) Good in interpersonal skills , confident and team player

9) Min 1 year experience

Minimum Qualifications:

- Diploma in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design and Horticulture or Qualification in Architecture Drafting in CAD may also apply.

Salary Range : $2,500 - $3,000 per month
