Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality throughout the tender process.
• Review tender documents and identify customer requirements.
• Coordinate all inter-departmental inputs for tender submission and cost preparation.
• Prepare technical and commercial clarifications after reviewing tender documents.
• Identify third-party/subcontract scope of services and obtain proposals from suitable vendors/subcontractors.
• Evaluate third-party proposals technically and commercially, including negotiations.
• Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tenders and conduct risk reviews.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for submission.

Education:

Discipline: Diploma/Degree in Chemicals, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Instrumentation.

Experience:

• Process and instrumentation technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Customer service handling experience is a plus.

Knowledge/Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Background in Chemical or Engineering fields is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an organized personality.
• Good time management skills.
• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and maturity.
