Job description

Responsibilities

1. Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule.
2. Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post-implementation support following SDLC and Agile methodologies.
3. Collaborate with banking client's vendor project teams to deliver projects/releases as directed.
4. Communicate status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
5. Manage change requests effectively.
6. Work regularly with the off-site project development team to track resources, deliverables, risks, and issues.
7. Enforce BNPP’s project management policies on relevant teams and vendors.
8. Use BNPP’s Clarity tool for project baselining, tracking, and risk monitoring.
9. Contribute to the end-to-end use of client's new products and quality improvement initiatives.

Skill Set Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly in Banking.
• Strong project management, strategic, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective cross-cultural communication and understanding of organizational verticals and senior management.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Financing, Accounting, and Payments is preferable.
