Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement expertise for construction and renovation, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
• Advise project teams on procurement planning and best practices for relocation.
• Manage procurement processes end-to-end, not excluding preparing tender documentation and utilizing e-procurement systems such as GeBIZ
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project director to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance overall procurement capability and support continuous improvement.
Contribute to ad-hoc procurement-related initiatives and organizational projects as needed

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, including at least 3 years in sourcing and category management for major renovation or relocation projects.
• Experience in handling overseas construction projects would be an added advantage
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across departments and deliver results within timelines and resource constraints.
• Experience mentoring or developing procurement professionals is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Able to multi task and work independently
