Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Operations Executive to support end-to-end operations for our learning content development projects . The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of project workflows, manage internal coordination, and maintain operational efficiency across all stages of content

creation— from planning to delivery .

The successful candidate will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, editors, and multimedia teams to ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing complex processes, solving problems, and contributing to impactful learning initiatives in an evolving educational or EdTech environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight

o Manage the day-to-day operations of projects in the maintenance phase , ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.


  • Project & Operational Oversight:

o Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day operations of learning content development projects.

o Coordinate between cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA reviewers.

o Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

o Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations.


• Communication & Team Coordination:

o Act as the central point of contact between project leads, stakeholders, and external vendors.

o Schedule and lead regular team meetings, document minutes, and track action items.

o Support documentation needs such as status reports, dashboards, and project summaries.

o Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution at the team level.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination , operations management, or a similar role—preferably in education, publishing, or EdTech environments.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycles and basic financial principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work collaboratively across teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing content development workflows or editorial operations.
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms or LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • Understanding of instructional design principles or curriculum development processes .
  • Singaporean ONLY (Candidates who have been security cleared in the past will have an added advantage.)
