Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and leadership on all project operations and activities such as the plan, schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Monitor labor, building material, and equipment budgets and curb unnecessary expenses.
  • Manage project schedule, coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Front customers, provide them with status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Manage and ensure completion works in accordance with management expectations within the timeline and budget.
  • Work closely with clients on confirmed projects and be responsible for assigning and managing projects from start to completion and handover to clients.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, attend meetings with clients.
  • Monitor and report on all project planning and progress.
  • Assist the Singapore regional PM to complete internal project progress reviews and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Update project and product documentation to ensure consistency with internal processes.
  • Perform any other assignments as directed by management.
  • Ensure project works are carried out according to safety regulations. Help arrange safety briefings and toolbox meetings. Submit safety documents and permits if required.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with a Diploma in a related Engineering Discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.

Other Information:

Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM

Saturday (Standby work from home) 8.30 AM to 12.30 PM
