A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a construction manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and manage resources effectively. Proficiency in Autocad is an advantage. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Attend project meetings.
• Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
• Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
• Ensure safe work procedures and measures are implemented at the work site.
• Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project.
• Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Review duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance • Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.
• Require to work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.
