• Hiring for 2 different roles - Project Manager (M&E - Construction) & Project Manager (Mall development, AEI + A&A)

• Location: Central & Across SG

Project Manager – M&E (Construction Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction projects.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Oversee site inspections, safety compliance, and progress reporting.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Drive project handover and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E works within the construction industry.

• Strong technical knowledge in building services, HVAC, electrical systems, or related infrastructure.

• Effective communicator and problem-solver with a hands-on approach.

Project Manager – Mall Development (A&A / AEI Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Alteration & Addition (A&A) and Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) for commercial/mall developments.

• Work closely with leasing, design, and operations teams to deliver enhancement projects with minimal disruption.

• Engage and manage consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth execution.

• Monitor project timelines, costs, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with branding and customer experience.

• Lead site coordination, project meetings, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Building, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience handling A&A or AEI projects, ideally in retail/mall settings.

• Strong understanding of building codes, retail planning, and stakeholder management.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
