Job description

  • MNC, Global Leader in Electroplating Chemicals

  • Based in China

  • Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and chemical analysts, including daily scheduling, performance monitoring, training, and KPI setting.

  • Oversee all process engineering activities, ensuring documentation and practices comply with ISO9001 and TS16949 standards.

  • Prepare and maintain key documents such as Control Plans, FMEAs, SOPs, and Work Instructions.

  • Manage new product introductions and customer product qualifications, ensuring alignment with APQP and successful transition from project start to mass production.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production and customer issues.

  • Support sourcing and evaluation of chemical suppliers to drive cost savings.

  • Oversee chemical lab operations and ensure accurate analysis aligned with process control needs.

  • Manage the chemical store with FIFO practices, stock level reviews, and 5S implementation. Monitor and reduce chemical usage across production lines.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Dgree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

  • At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer processing industries.
