A leading bank is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the migration and content management of the PBTPC Knowledge Hub. The role involves user management, content governance, and active participation in change management initiatives with a focus on GenAI. Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation & Migration: Migrate existing Knowledge Hub content and create new content as needed.
* User Management: Create and manage user accounts, assign roles and permissions, and maintain security settings for diverse teams and user groups.
* Content Governance: Oversee content creation, updating, and organization, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and adherence to internal guidelines. Implement content archiving and retention policies for compliance.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to content maintenance policies. Generate reports on content usage, user activity, and compliance.
* Functional Enhancements: Continuously improve the Knowledge Hub's functionality based on user feedback, focusing on usability, navigation, and page layout optimization.
* Training and Communication: Develop training and communication materials (e.g., eDMs, newsletters, training guides) for both Content Publishers and end-users. This includes creating engaging and informative materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Processes: Compile, create process maps, and update SOPs and processes.
* Change Management (GenAI): Actively participate in GenAI change management initiatives. Develop and execute communication strategies to drive adoption, leveraging expertise in creating visually appealing and effective materials with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
Required Skillsets:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience managing websites and content repositories is highly desirable.
* Demonstrable experience in developing and executing communication strategies, including creating a variety of communication materials (e.g., presentations, newsletters, training materials, social media content).
* Proficiency in using design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools is highly preferred.
* Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus.
