Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage project execution, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience with site measurements and construction drawings. Proficiency in industry-related tools, such as CAD and SketchUp, is highly advantageous. Workdays are Monday to Friday with standard working hours.

KEY DUTIES:

• Manage project execution to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with design scope.
• Lead site team and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Perform site inspections, ensure safety compliance, and update management on progress.
• Handle drawings, site measurements and maintain accurate project documentation.

KEY REQUIREMENT:

• Min. O level
• Min. 1 year of experience
• Experience with site measurement and interpreting
• Construction drawings is highly advantageous
• Proficient in industry-related tools or software (e.g., CAD, SketchUp)
