Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Manage test technology project of different complexity classes (including project schedule planning, project budget, headcount, expenses and invest) and execute according to Infineon project management systematic.
• Responsible for operational decisions in the project and for driving the milestone decisions at the project approval body.
• Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
• Uses project management tools and methods to structure projects, to control progress, to manage risks, and to manage changes.
• Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions, e.g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc.
• Manages external partners in the project, specifically sub-contractors, and suppliers of equipment and materials.
• Delivers project success in a timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry experience, and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure.
• Project Management knowledge and skill, with more than 4 years experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in an international environment, and preferably with IPMA certification.
• Technical knowledge and experience with Semiconductor packaging, assembly, final test and all processes along the product life cycle.
• Good communication skills.
