Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to post-live support, ensuring adherence to the agreed Scope of Work.

• Ensure seamless integration of new OSS/BSS and GIS systems with existing systems retained post-live.

• Collaborate effectively with System Integrators (SI) and both internal and external stakeholders throughout project planning, communication, design, implementation, resourcing, testing phases (Infrastructure, System Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing), data migration, and deployment activities leading up to production go-live.

• Align project teams, identifying inter-dependencies and potential risks, and proactively work to mitigate them.

• Review vendor deliverables, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

• Manage internal and external stakeholders

• Work with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful project outcome.

• Obtain stakeholders buy-in while ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and deliverables, including the associated deadlines.

• Organize and oversee all project-related tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

• Manage all project-related administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and other official documents, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent with min 10 years of relevant working experience.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management

• Have experience in requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, data migration, training, deployment and production cutover.

• Strong technical knowledge in the areas of software implementation, telecommunications, and telecommunications operations.

• Experience in implementing OSS/BSS and external systems integrations
