A leading company in AV solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality audio-visual and unified conferencing systems. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong understanding of AV technologies and project management in construction environments.
We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality audio-visual (AV) and unified conferencing solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from design to deployment.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with internal team members including AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers.
Liaise effectively with external parties such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and interpret schematic designs and construction drawings to develop accurate and detailed AV construction drawings.
Plan, manage, and schedule project resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and Bills of Materials (BOM), including the tracking of change orders.
Develop and oversee detailed project timelines and resource plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Supervise the installation and integration of AV systems on-site, ensuring full compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Maintain clear communication with clients, manage expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project.
Ensure that all project deliverables are aligned with safety protocols, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or Project Engineer role delivering AV solutions in construction or A&A (Addition & Alteration) environments.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related engineering discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with AV design tools.
Solid understanding of AV technologies, including video distribution, audio processing, conferencing systems, and control platforms.
Familiarity with protocols such as HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, RS-232, and TCP/IP.
Experience with products from leading AV brands (e.g., Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Cisco).
AVIXA CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D certifications are advantageous.
