Project Manager - Supply Chain (B2B Industrial)

Our Client

We’re partnering with a global leader in the industrial distribution and manufacturing space to hire a Project Manager – Supply Chain. This is a hands-on role focused on driving supply chain projects to successful completion—on time and within budget.

You’ll report to the APAC Project Manager and play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor interactions, and supporting execution from planning through delivery. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and is looking to build depth in project and supply chain operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project development and execution
• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and timelines
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and communication across departments
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Manage changes in scope and ensure alignment with budget and timeline
• Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Identify and help resolve project-related risks or issues
• Contribute to process improvements and project documentation

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or management
• Background in supply chain, logistics, operations, or materials management preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
• Able to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
