Job Description

  1. Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget.
  2. Coordinate installation schedules; manage staffing to ensure on-time completion and adherence to budget.
  3. Coordinate permitting for projects.
  4. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  5. Follow best practices during setup and installation.
  6. Involved in Solar Business Development & Project execution.
  7. Maintain and monitor infrastructure systems.
  8. Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  9. Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the project.
  10. Report and escalate to management as required.
  11. Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  12. Support bid packages and procure materials and services as required.
  13. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Preferably with experience in Solar Project Development, Business and Contractual negotiation, Solar Project Cost management, Solar system operation & maintenance.
  3. Experience in Solar is an advantage.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse group.
  8. Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills leading to successful completion of a project by a specific due date.
