Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a customer-facing Project Manager to join a regional team responsible for delivering enterprise software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region. This role offers exposure to international clients, agile project delivery, and the chance to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Apply established project management practices to plan, lead, and deliver customer software implementation projects on time and within scope.

  • Schedule Management: Create, manage, and monitor detailed project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

  • Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and guide teams in adopting agile principles to enhance collaboration and delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

  • Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

  • Scope Management: Ensure alignment to project objectives, manage scope effectively, and prevent scope creep.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed and engaged.

  • Change Management: Oversee and document change requests, ensuring additional work is captured and billed appropriately.

  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Leverage creative thinking and a solution-oriented approach to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing project management roles

  • Proven track record in managing complex software implementation projects

  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks in enterprise-level projects

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and globally (up to 30%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Relevant certifications such as PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent

  • Familiarity with aviation and crew management systems is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project; experience with Primavera is a plus
