JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Maintenance & Operations

Manage and prioritize incident resolution, problem management, and minor enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams

Ensure service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for system availability, issue resolution, and response times are consistently met

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or major issues, and drive implementation of preventive actions

Coordinate and plan scheduled maintenance activities, patching, and release deployments to minimize business disruption

Oversee the timely completion of Service Requests and operational tasks as per agreed timelines

Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and internal audit requirements

Keep documentation (e.g., maintenance plans, release notes, issue logs) up to date and audit-ready

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the IT System Integration (SI) industry, with a focus on project management of medium to large-scale projects

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system development within the banking domain

Proven experience in managing teams of approximately 10 or more members, including both onshore and offshore resources.

Basic knowledge of infrastructure and experience with the impact of infrastructure failures on applications (e.g., name resolution, domain controller, database)

At least 3 years of relevant experience in application maintenance management
