Project Manager / Senior Associate Client Project Manager

As a Project Manager / Senior Associate Client Project Manager, you will support the collaboration between NTT Data and Docomo for global customer-facing projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, solution design, and implementation for global clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple solution projects while ensuring they are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing global customer-facing projects, ensuring successful execution within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Support project planning, coordination, and execution of multiple solution-based projects for global clients.
• Work closely with internal teams, engineers, and external partners to oversee solution design, implementation, and operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to project reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks within PMO/TMO functions.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to support continuous improvement and team development.
• Coordinate execution activities among engineers and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Candidate with relevant experience in project management, IT solutions, or business operations.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English to effectively liaise with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with global teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to support project execution and coordination.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in project management, technical architecture, and stakeholder coordination.
