Job Description
The project manager is responsible for coordinating hardware, software, and process-related projects, with a focus on continuous improvement of Die Bonder machines, especially regarding performance, cost reduction, and functionality enhancement.
They manage projects and sub-projects according to the Die Attach Project Development Process (FLEX), considering proven methods, risk management, and standards (Semi S2, Semi S8, CE).
Responsibilities include project planning, periodic control of targets, risks, milestones, costs, and resources. They also conduct project review meetings and generate reports for the steering committee and stakeholders.
The role involves coordinating information flow within the project, to the project owner, external participants, and production sites in Asia.
As a sub-project manager, they act as the interface for project coordination among different R&D locations within Die Attach and are responsible for the series introduction of projects initiated from other R&D sites.
