The Job

• Project Management & Execution
• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects in manufacturing/logistics environments.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs; manage risks and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile/Scrum/hybrid methods to drive progress across cross-functional teams.
• Technology Innovation & Roadmap
• Support the development and execution of a factory innovation roadmap.
• Maintain a catalogue of tech use cases and explore partnerships in robotics and Industry 4.0.
• Operations Analysis & Process Improvement
• Work closely with operations to uncover pain points and inefficiencies.
• Use data-driven approaches to recommend and implement process enhancements.
• Technology Integration & Change Management
• Oversee technical deployment of mobile robots and integration with existing systems (e.g., MES, WMS, ERP, IoT).
• Ensure smooth handover of pilot projects into production.
• Engage stakeholders and lead change management throughout implementation.

The Talent

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in process innovation, smart manufacturing, or system implementation.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation in industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with AMRs, AGVs, and integration with MES/WMS/ERP/PLC/SCADA systems.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
