Project Manager - Mobile Robot

Role Overview

Lead digital transformation projects in manufacturing, focusing on mobile robot integration and technology roadmap development. Monitor factory processes, identify improvement opportunities, and manage end-to-end implementation of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital transformation projects from start to finish
• Create project plans, timelines, budgets, and track progress
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Develop technology roadmaps and maintain technology partnerships
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify pain points and bottlenecks
• Integrate mobile robots with existing systems (WMS, MES, ERP, IoT)
• Provide change management and stakeholder engagement support
• Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure smooth handovers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Automation
• 5-10 years experience in manufacturing, consulting, or IT/OT system development
• Strong understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing/logistics
• Experience with mobile robots (AMRs, AGVs) and Industry 4.0 technologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (WMS, MES, PLCs, SCADA, ERP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
