A leading company is seeking a Project Manager to assist in managing interior renovation projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. They will be responsible for project documentation, timelines, and budget management, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting team lead/ Senior Project Manager in managing and leading junior role
Assisting team lead/senior project manager in managing project assigned
Managing and ensure project assigned progress within timeline and budget
Preparation of Project Documentation (Project Schedule, weekly progress report, weekly meeting minutes, pre-con survey report, completion report, OMM and etc)
Preparation of Documentation for site works (Application of PTW, Insurance and etc)
Preparation of tender document when required
Assist QS to call quote and conduct site survey with contractor/sub-vendor including reviewing contract before issuance of PO
Perform site coordination, client coordination and conduct weekly meeting with sub-vendor, client and internal team
Any works related to project progress and up to project closure
Job Requirements:
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovations/construction projects.
Strong project coordination and site management skills.
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and documentation (e.g., project schedules, progress reports, PTW applications).
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle project challenges effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and other relevant project management software.
Possession of relevant safety certifications is a plus.
