Project Manager [Reclamation | Up to $11K]

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of reclamation projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, covering areas such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate activities across all departments and teams involved in the project.
• Monitor and supervise reclamation operations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Address and resolve technical and operational issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage interface matters with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Work closely with HDB representatives to facilitate seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide regular updates to HQ (Project Director) regarding project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety and health regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Engage in negotiations with HDB representatives and consultants to achieve favorable outcomes for claims and project matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Completion of the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM) in Singapore.
• Prior experience working with government agencies/authorities (such as HDB, JTC, LTA) and/or major construction firms in Singapore.
