Job description

What the role is:

Responsibilities: You will be involved in managing the entire value chain of land reclamation projects, from concept planning and engineering design to project implementation. You will be challenged to work within resource, time, and environmental constraints.

What you will be working on:

You will liaise with government agencies to seek necessary approvals and budgets, lead in planning and developing workable reclamation profile concepts, including gathering and analyzing site conditions and engineering parameters such as soil, hydrodynamics, and met-ocean data. You will assess environmental impact studies and project constructability. You will appoint and lead consultants in environmental impact assessments and engineering design. You will also lead the appointment of contractors, coordinating closely with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Additionally, you will identify potential construction issues or contractual disputes and implement appropriate solutions.

What we are looking for:

Background in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Relevant experience in land reclamation, environmental impact assessment, hydrodynamic modeling, and marine structures is advantageous. We will notify shortlisted candidates within 4 weeks of receiving applications.
