You'll make a difference by:

• Leading Projects Lifecycle: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and approvals through to design, construction, and final handover to the end-user.
• Managing Budgets and Resources: Lead the preparation and execution of the project budget, including risk contingency, and allocating resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide regular reports and updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and project committees.
• Compliance and Quality Excellence: Uphold corporate standards and policies related to sustainability, health & safety (EHS), cybersecurity, and overall project quality across all phases.
• Possessing Strong Negotiation Skills: You are comfortable leading procurement activities and managing contractor bidding and selection processes.
• Familiar with Regulatory Landscapes: Manage the process of obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, such as planning and construction permits.

• Qualifications: A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Strong Industry Experience: Having 5 to 7 years of experience in leading and delivering complex real estate development or construction projects.
• Industry Expertise: Understand the full engineering design and construction process, and skilled in developing procurement strategies, managing the bidding process.
• Mastering Budget and Schedule Management: You have a strong ability to develop, manage, and control project budgets and timelines to meet approved objectives.
• Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal skills, and adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
