Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of construction, interior design, or development projects.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, work progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and chair project/site meetings.
  • Manage procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Resolve project issues promptly and maintain excellent client communication throughout.
  • Provide progress updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship, materials
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project management.
  • Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and construction safety standards.
