A leading interior fit-out firm in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to oversee commercial projects. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, supervise site activities, and ensure timely task completion. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in corporate office interiors, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
•Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works ( commercial project)
•Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
•Attend regular site meetings and inspections
•Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
•Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
•Work closely with design team, clients and contractors on timely project handover
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Building/Project Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5years experience in fit-out projects and corporate office interior.
Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
Work closely with sales teams, clients, contractors / suppliers on issues that may arise
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
