Job Description

We are looking for a Project Executive / Project Engineerto support and execute lighting projects from start to finish. This role focuses on project management and coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while delivering a high standard of technical and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end project management of lighting projects
  • Liaise with lighting manufacturers, clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
  • Monitor project schedules and assist with ordering and delivery of lighting fixtures in line with the project timeline
  • Provide basic technical support and coordination for site installations, ensuring correct implementation of lighting plans
  • Support efforts to optimize project profitability through practical and cost-efficient recommendations
  • Prepare weekly work plans, track progress, and provide updates during team meetings
  • Report project issues or risks proactively to the team lead or management
  • Attend site meetings or inspections as required
  • Assist in documentation, quotations, and project close-out processes
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or engineering roles (lighting or construction industry preferred)
  • Basic understanding of lighting systems and construction workflows is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or DIALux is a plus
  • A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
