Project Manager /Project Director

About the role

Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Project Director to join our team in the Woodlands . This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to lead and deliver complex construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects that are vital to our company's growth and the satisfaction of our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution

• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective strategies to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

• Ensuring projects adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders

• Managing project budgets and maintaining financial controls to optimise project profitability

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate multiple stakeholders

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
